4吨燃油锅炉需要考虑的技术参数有哪些?

也就是4吨燃油锅炉容量或锅炉出力,一般来讲应接近生产或生活最大用汽量,或者是用热量。而生活最大用汽量或用热量,一般则是锅炉额定蒸发量的80%左右,这样是最合适的。不过,有很多方面的因素,会影响到锅炉的运行工况,比如管道损失、锅炉水垢等。

蒸汽锅炉铭牌上所标注的额定蒸汽压力,应该要比供汽管道阻力及生产所需工作压力的总和大才行。并且,我们也不能忽略了管道阻力的存在,这是因为额定蒸汽压力较高的话,那么其饱和蒸汽温度也是比较高的,这样就会对管道阻力产生影响。
容果锅炉受热面积大的话,那么其出力比较大且超负荷能力强,反之则是相反。此外,在容量相同的情况下,受热面积大的话,那么其排烟温度相对要低一些,但锅炉效率则要高。
