蒸汽锅炉的过热器入口饱和蒸汽温度和流量的影响:当饱和蒸汽温度偏低,蒸汽流量增大时,则需要过热器提供更多的热量。在这种情况下必然会引起过热器工作温度的波动,因而直接影响过热蒸汽的温度。影响饱和蒸汽温度的高低和流量大小的因素主要是锅炉负荷的变化,即产汽量的增减和锅内压力的高低。锅内水位高低的变化也会引起蒸汽湿度的变化,锅炉进水温度及燃烧工况的变化也会造成产汽量的变化。
