详解4吨燃油锅炉水处理方法

4吨燃油锅炉水处理方法有炉外与炉内也称为锅内与锅外之分。一般对于大于2t/h的蒸汽锅炉和汽水两用锅炉,应尽量采用炉外化学水处理,反之也可只采用蒸汽锅炉炉内加药处理,但需要通过其他手段来保证保证水质质量。

炉外水处理主要指给水在进入蒸汽锅炉之前,为了除去其中的硬度而进行的软化处理以及降碱、除盐等水质处理。目前主要采用离子交换水处理法。

离子交换剂分为无机和有机两大类。无机离子交换剂的颗粒核心结构致密,只能进行表面交换,软化效果差,故目前很少使用。有机离子交换剂的颗粒核心结构疏松,交换反应不但在颗粒表面,而且在颗粒内部同时进行,软化效果好。
