区分1吨燃气锅炉饱和蒸汽和过热蒸汽的不同

饱和蒸汽:
Saturated steam:
1吨燃气锅炉饱和蒸汽是我们对水加热所能直接得到的蒸汽。饱和蒸汽的温度和压力、密度是一一对应的,一个大气压下的蒸汽温度就是100℃。如果需要更高温度的蒸汽,只要提高蒸汽的压力就行了。

The vapor temperature at an atmospheric pressure is 100 degrees centigrade. If you need a higher temperature steam, just increase the pressure of the steam.
蒸汽锅炉在生产饱和蒸汽的时候,由于蒸汽锅炉本身的一些原因会导致蒸汽中含有水,导致蒸汽的干度不够,致使饱和蒸汽中带水的原因主要有以下几点:

1、蒸汽锅炉的负荷。蒸汽锅炉的负荷如果增加时,有些炉水没有及时被加热成蒸汽,会随着蒸汽流出导致蒸汽带水。

过热蒸汽:
Superheated steam:
过热蒸汽是在饱和蒸汽基础上进行再加热而产生的蒸汽。当有水存在时,是产生不了过热蒸汽的,因为水会吸收热量产生更多的蒸汽。过热蒸汽必须通过饱和蒸汽的二次加热才能产生。过热蒸汽的温度与压力是不对应的。

Superheated steam is steam generated by reheating on saturated steam. When water is present, it does not produce superheated steam because water absorbs heat and produces more steam. Superheated steam must be produced by two heating of saturated steam. The temperature and pressure of superheated steam are not correct.
